Chip Barging
AMIX runs a fleet of Load Line–certified chip barges with capacity up to 6,500 tons, paired with a dedicated chip transloading facility in Prince Rupert. Chips arrive by truck, load directly onto barge, and move straight to mill — a tight, efficient handoff built for volume.
General Towing & Barging
From heavy equipment and breakbulk to bulk goods, construction materials, and demolition debris, our barges — some rated to carry more than 15,000 tons — deliver heavy cargo anywhere in the world.
